Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our office
  • We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees
  • Emergency appointments are available but subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary

Treatment and Care

All medical treatments and recommendations are based on professional judgment and current medical standards. Patient compliance with treatment plans and follow-up care is essential for optimal outcomes.

Payment and Insurance

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
  • Returned checks are subject to additional fees

Insurance

While we participate with many insurance plans, patients are ultimately responsible for all charges. We will assist with insurance claims as a courtesy, but coverage is not guaranteed. Patients should verify their benefits before receiving services.

Outstanding Balances

Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to collection efforts. Patients with delinquent accounts may be dismissed from the practice after appropriate notice.

Termination

Patient Dismissal
